INDIAN TRIBE
In 1492, there were approximately 1.5 million Indians on the continent of North America. The incessant conflicts and diseases brought from mainland reduced them to this population less than 350,000 in 1920. Today some tribes, such as Mandas North Dakota, has completely disappeared.
